This modern and stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests. It is located close to the Reading town centre where you will be able to find transportation links, shopping malls, night life and restaurants.

The open plan kitchen/dining and living area is a bright and spacious area perfect to gather together and socialise.

It includes two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, Smart TV offering Netflix and a 4-seater dining table to enjoy your meals. For guests wishing to work remotely, the table can also convert into a laptop-friendly workspace. (Free WiFi included)

Cook your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It includes plenty of cupboard storage, a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cutlery.

Down the corridor, you will find two well-presented, bedrooms to rest in. The double bedroom is sleek and cosy with floor to ceiling windows. It includes bedside tables, lamps, a mirrored wardrobe, fresh linen and a chest of drawers.

This room is ideal for guests looking for more privacy as it has its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, mirror and basin. Bedroom two includes two single beds with stylish furnishings such as a mirror, bedside table and chest of drawers.

The larger, communal bathroom is the perfect place to enjoy a hot bath. It includes a bath/overhead shower, mirror, basin, toilet and towel rail which will leave you feeling fresh and ready to start a new day.

We are available between 9am-9pm.

House Rules

1. No smoking and no pets allowed; breaking this rule will incur a 250GBP fine.
2. Strictly no person(s) outside of the booking are allowed in the listing without prior approval. There will be a 250GBP charge if found breaking this rule.
3. If additional guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a 250GBP charge.
4. Please kindly refrain from making any excessive noise. Your reservation may be cancelled if we receive a complaint from a neighbour.
5. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 50 GBP for every extra hour of cleaning required.
6. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 50GBP per extra hour. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 10 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognise that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
8. Guests accept that on rare occasions there may be disruptions to the internet service, which are outside of our control. We aim to resolve any issues ASAP
9. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
10. No parties! This will automatically retain the full deposit.
