I am a smoker, so when I went out i noticed the back door to the hotel does not fully close. I never had to use my keycard to get back in. And no matter how hard I tried to to pull it shut, the handle was almost coming off the hinge. So made sure I deadlocked and blocked the door, just to be safe.

My second time staying here as it is my go to hotel when going to Reverb for a show. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. great bar across the street. Everything worked in my room. And a hot breakfast buffet.

This was a very nice hotel. Basic, but comfortable - nice bed. I do wish there was more of a desk than a table as it was hard to put your legs under the table with the design, but that's a small matter. The breakfast wasn't great, but they never are at any hotel anymore. The eggs, especially. But, otherwise, for a budget hotel, this was fine. Good location, near a lot of restaurants the highways, etc.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The front desk was very helpful from the time we checked in until we left. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Reading.
