Disappointing
I booked all seven apartments for my wedding party 8 months in advanced since it was the only place in Ravello that could hold a large party. They ended up double booking us in two of the apartments. At first they refunded a fraction of money and offered to “fix it”, but only moved one of the other guests so we hand to cram everyone in and have our guests sleep on pull out couches when we promised them king beds. The host acted like it wasn’t a big deal and that we could just make it work, which was super frustrating to hear especially since it was our wedding weekend. On top of that two of the apartments were not in the same location as the other five, which is how it is advertised online, so we had to walk back and forth from locations when guests arrived and walk over when we wanted to see them since my fiancé and I stayed at the separate location. Another problem was the doors lock not only from the outside but the inside and there are only one set of keys for each apartment. Multiple guest kept getting locked in and locked out. My parents had to climb out a window after they got locked in and the only other people with keys went on an early morning hike. I do not recommend this place for a large party because of this. Horrible business practice not to move the guests who they double booked after us.
