The ´American dream´ house is located on the seashore, water area Varvsudden (distance from the cottage approx. 100 m). A small swimming spot and a rowing boat are available on the beach.

The living area of ​​the house is 100 m², on two floors. Downstairs, a living room with a fold-out sofa bed for 1, a cozy fireplace, a small TV and a sofa that invites you to relax. Bright dining room with large windows (from floor to ceiling) with dining set for 6. Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, plus a sofa bed for 1. Downstairs toilet / washroom. Note No sauna. A sheltered terrace area with furniture invites you to relax for a coffee and enjoy the sea climate.

The area is located on a sandy gravel ridge and by the sea, so there are usually very few mosquitoes in the area during the summer.

The site is pet-friendly, as the yard is fenced with nets and gates with a dog fence. House located approx. 10 km to Tammisaari, where there are good restaurants, shops, a museum, and old ironworks. Tenhola church village 5 km, where there are also shopping opportunities, Saloon 50 km, Eke-Golf Tammisaari 16.5 km.

The house was designed and decorated by Okko Mendel and there are many artistic details in the house. Outside e.g. artworks that are chosen or made by Okko Mendelin, he was a minimalist, which is why the artworks stand out well in the milieu.

The holiday destination is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.
