Villa Palazzina Burjaki is located in a small village Burjaki only 12 km from Labin, 1.7 km from the sandy beach in village Trget and 5 km from the mountain Skitača.

With more than 200m2 it spreads on two floors and consists of three double bed bedrooms and one bunk bed bedroom, each with its private bathroom, kitchen, dining area with large table for 10, living room, fitness and sauna.
The outdoor area includes a private pool and open terrace with garden furniture.

Every bedroom as well as living room is air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite LCD TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a great meal - combined gas and electric cooker, oven, dish washer, large fridge with a freezing compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster,.. House is also equipped with washing machine, iron, hair dryer, safe,...

Wir wurden vom Hausbesitzer gleich herzlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist super und es fehlte uns an nichts. wenn wir fragen hatten wurden sie vom Hausbesitzer beantwortet und er stand uns mit guten Ratschlägen was die Umgebung betraf zu Seite

Super schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage
Sehr nette Vermieter und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir kommen sicher nochmal :) Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage was für uns mit unseren Kindern ( knapp 1 Jahr und 3 Jahre) super war. Der eigene Pool war das Highlight für unsere Tochter. Gerade für größere Gruppen / Familien perfekt, da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC hat. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Sehr tolles Haus und sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Das ganze Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wenn man etwas braucht oder Fragen hat, kann man sich jederzeit an den Gastgeber wenden. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig, hier kann man sich gut erholen. Allerdings benötigt man ein Auto, um irgendwohin zu kommen und Einkäufe zu erledigen. Parkplätze sind direkt am Grundstück. Sehr lecker waren auch die frischen Feigen vom Baum im Garten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very nice place
The house is actually spacier than it seems on the pictures. Everything was nicely cleaned and tided up. Kitchen was fully equipped, even some beverages and a tasty wine were waiting for us in the fridge. A very decent, laid back friendly host was always available when needed. Together with the beautiful silent surrounding landscape a great stay even for bigger groups or families.

Tolles, ruhiges Ferienhaus. Perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten
Pool, Sauna, viel Platz, was will man mehr!? Kaum Verkehr vor der Tür, man kann also wirklich gut abschalten. Zudem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 12km entfernt und die Leute( speziell die Vermieter) sehr nett und umgänglich. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Saubere Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Großzügige, gut ausgestattet Küche. Vedran, wir kommen sicher wieder!
