The hotel was great. Plentiful amenities and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again. But I really wanted to give a big shout out to the staff. During my stay, there was an incident with my car in their parking lot (the hotel overall felt very safe, I think it was just some drunk guy at the Sturgis rally who just decided a brick and my back windshield deserved to be together). And the staff did everything in their power to make it right. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful but I especially want to point out the red headed woman who was working that Sunday afternoon (sorry I didn't catch her name!). She turned what should have been a nightmare into a minor inconvenience. And, to be honest, I didn't mind staying for another couple of days. Thank you all so much for your help and am looking forward to staying again next time I'm in town.

Awesome proximity to live music in summer. Bummed that the room we stayed in last didn't have a fridge, they had to bring one to our room so that our food wouldnt spoil. But they did bring one, which is really nice.

Came for Sturgis Rally. Nice spacious, clean room. Conveniently located. Disappointed with hotel breakfast selection. Staff needs training. Hotel will charge you extra for microwave and fridge!

Great Location
We have stayed here before and we loved it both times. The area is great for shopping, restaurants and we love Art Alley and all the President’s statues. The hotel needs a little refresh.

I really like the room and location. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. The whole parking lot was reserved for bikers that weren’t there. Maybe they should safe it for the as l customers.

old building could hear a lot of noise from the street, poor lighting in the room, could hear people walking down the hall. had to pay for breakfast and it was $14.00 and all it was pre cooked sausage they put in deep frier to heat up, biscuits were not fresh. the gravy was water gravy. cold fried potatoes and over cooked eggs. rooms were over priced.

Not recommended for more than 1 day stay
We were spending 3 nights at Rapid City and when we arrived the room had NO drawers at all but a big desk. I went to the front desk and they were Not accommodating because I booked through Hotel.com. i was force to call Hotels.com and they were able to help me to get another room which had actually the same problem plus a loud AC. The only positive thing about this place was the location

It was fine
Clean room. Could hear everything outside even though we were on the 7th floor. Very hard, uncomfortable bed. Bring your own pillows, the ones in the room were awful. We were there at the tail end of an unusually hot week and although it ran nonstop, the AC was able to maintain a comfortable temperature.
