We were unhappy to find no dresser in the room to store our clothes. There was only one suitcase stand and very minimal closet storage. After inquiring, we were told that dressers were not standard in their rooms. That meant we had to live out of our suitcases, one being on the floor, during our stay. The bath/shower had no grab bars so we went to Walmart to purchase a portable suction type to use. The toilet was very low. We found the staff to be mostly apathetic to our concerns and not very friendly. There was no safe in the room. I've stayed at other Comfort Inn locations, and this one ranks the lowest.

The bed and pillows are amazing and is the most comfortable that I have had which provided with 8 hours solid sleep. The buffet is great but there was only one guy working to serve the full restaurant which needs to improve in staffing, otherwise it has been awesome.

Decent hotel great price
The hotel has been updated very nicely it looks great for an older hotel and was priced great. My only complaint is that it wasn't as clean as i would like. There was hair all over the tub and bathroom floor, and the carpet was not vacuumed.

Do not use the pool! Pieces of the ceiling falling into the pool, pool bathroom was filthy, paper towel holder has never been cleaned, hot tub is empty, water side is out of order and there is no sauna like the post says. Hallways were dirty, elevator buttons don't work so push and pray. Most doors are only exits. Hotel next to this one is closed down and assuming homeless people were breaking in.

What I didn’t like: 1. When it was time for me to take a shower, I found that the conditioner bottle was empty. As someone with fluffy hair, I really need conditioner, but it was too late to do anything since I was already in the shower with wet hair. It seems housekeeping forgot to refill it. 2. They offered a complimentary breakfast, but the pancake batter was too watery. When we tried to cook it, the batter didn’t set properly because of its consistency. I had to track down the staff member in charge to get the batter changed and made thicker so it would cook properly. 3. The most terrible part of our stay was when I woke up in the morning and saw bloodstains all over the blanket. We didn’t notice it the night before because we were so tired and went straight to bed, but in the morning, when I opened the window curtain, it was clearly visible. This made me realize they aren’t changing their blankets or duvet covers. I took a picture of it and reported it to the front desk during checkout, but all I got was an apology: "I'm sorry that happened." What I liked: The hotel staff, Tiffany, was very nice and friendly. She clearly enjoys her job and understands the needs of travelers like us. Upon check-in, she upgraded our room to a bigger one, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the blankets had blood stains.
