Staff were very friendly, room was clean and large. Breakfast was yummy and the price was right. I think we just ended up with a rough room, 204. We were directly above the pool and our room was extremely hot. The beds were hard and had bumps in the middle. We had NO hot water. I had two lukewarm/cold 1 minute showers. In hindsight, I should have asked for a different room but I didn't. Thankfully the kids showered at the large waterpark (Watiki) just accross the street.

Always a pleasant, restful stay. Comfortable beds ... the pullout sofa was the most comfortable I have ever come across! This is a favorite place to stay!

Check in was very efficient and with ease there was issues with swimming pool and rules kids under 12 no supervision. 4 kids 3 girls and 1 boy very disrespectful of sharing the pool area running around and screaming my daughters and their kids was trying to have a good time but with them running around and jumping in the pool we decided to leave after an hour because we had smaller children so I did ask them to stop but they didn’t

Great stay
Great hotel. Comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of parking as I had two pickups one pulling a 25’ trailer the other pulling a 16’ trailer. Room had plenty of space for us and the lobby was clean and neat. Good area as well. Low crime rates and close to shopping and restaurants. I only stay on this side of Rapid City when we visit.

My husband and daughter and I stayed two nights here and we were all very satisfied with our stay. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. We’d definitely stay here again.
