The house offers new, although old style amenities and is convenient to the many attractions Donegal has to offer. Situated in the central town of Raphoe, just 15mins from Letterkenny and Ballybofey, this house is on the foot of some of Donegal's most popular tourist attractions.

The house is 100 metres from the shops, restaurants and pubs of Raphoe. A popular attraction for both tourists and locals of Raphoe is Oakfield Park. Here you can enjoy the beautiful grounds, take a train ride through the park and grab a bite to eat their restaurant, less than a 5min drive from the house.

The house has a newly refurbished interior, with kitchen, sitting room, utility, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom, main bedroom (double bed) and a 2nd bedroom (single bed), travel cot can be arranged on request.
