Thank you for looking at our Tiny House. This tiny house is complete with a natures head composting toilet (it's not as scary as it sounds), a three-burner stove top, dorm size refrigerator, a futon (that can fold down and can fit two people snuggly), a TV and the smallest dining table and two chairs you ever did see!
The home comes furnished with your basic cooking equipment, sheets, towels a comforter and two sleeping bags for the futon. For a small house it has a big heater which is perfect for a winter stay in Vermont. This home has no water December -May. You may bring bottled water to drink or boil for washing up.
The primary sleeping is a full-size bed in the loft, which requires the ladder to access.
The home is situated on 10 acres which you are free to roam. This is a natural setting so making your own trail is not only essential but encouraged! Don't forget about Vermont's Right to Roam (unless you see a posted sign you can keep exploring).
We do live in Vermont and if you do not have a AWD you are encouraged to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up the short path to the Tiny House (you can see it from the bottom of the driveway.) While we will make our best effort to keep a clear path, we also work full time so should we get snow while at work there will be a shovel on site should you need one.
