Nice owner, nice hotel, very good breakfast! We are leaving early in the morning, the owner made breakfast ready at 5am, really appreciate it. Comfortable bad and sleep well.

Clean very nice staff excellent location for the bridge hike make sure to take advantage of the food at the hotel there is almost no restaurants in the village

The hotel is simple but clean and in a great position, just across the train station to Zermatt. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Great breakfast. The internet service could work better

There was mold in the bathroom. There were holes in the sheets. There was a strong bad smell in hallways. It is not transparent in hotel condition and description. It not well maintained. Dont ruin your vacation choose another hotel.

Made a reservation for my family when we arrived we were told that we were given an upgrade, so we got happy but our upgrade was in a dark and dingy basement past public bathrooms. you could smell the stench when you passed them going into the dark hallway you had to tap the walls to search for a light. Uponopening the door of the room the stench of sweat and dirty socks hit you in the face. the two rooms were connected by a door but you enter through yet another bathroom. There are no flat sheets on the bed so you had to sleep directly under the comforters which smelled of cigarettes & sweat. there are no blinds on the windows and curtains were very short so there is very little sense of privacy the bathrooms had no amenities except song the towels like rags that I probably wouldn’t even use to wipe my car and the door for the shower wouldn’t slide. There is mold growing all around. The creepy man checking us in kept wiping his nose with his hands and then promptly grabbed my hand to shake eww. The breakfast lady maria was super rude and barked at us for asking for coffee. There was only coffee, bread and jam for breakfast anyways so it’s wasnt much to begin with not even eggs. The outside patio was gross with old fruit and there was so much exaggeration about this property such as there’s no golf course or even free water offered. The next morning i did however have free bedbug bites so yeah, thankfully I got my money refunded because of the lies but warning others!

Very close to train station, perfect location for Charles Kuonen Bridge hike. Good value for the price, however no elevator so problem with heavy luggage on stairs. Room on top floor with great view had extremely short shower under sloping roof, impossible for tall people.

Quiet hotel by Randa Train Station
The hotel is conveniently located by the train station of Randa. It is an outdated hotel, though. The owner Marco was very hospitable. The breakfast was basic but had everything we would need. Rooms are well insulated because we were not bothered by the noise of the trains at all. If you need a quiet and economic place for just one night (for a shower, a bed and a breakfast on the premises, and free parking) this hotel is for you.

Marco was very helpful and could not be kinder, the location is good and comes with a with a resonabal breakfast, if your considering doing the "bridge" the trail starts there, and only two minutes walk to the train station for the train to Zermatt. Having said that its with regret that I have to say the room was in need of a lot of attention bedding was old and torn and the towels had seen better days, could not use half the wardrobe as the door caught on the light fitting. As we where only staying three days I did not bring any of these point to Marcos attention.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Zermatt.
Randa is a small, rustic little town with beautiful mountains all around. Very easy to start a visit to Zermatt from here. We have a car and there is a large parking lot with free parking so that is really nice. Marco is really helpful and friendly and gave us a nice patio room. It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed. It's really quiet here so you can get a good nights sleep easy. The breakfast was just right, fresh bread, good coffee in a small pitcher so you can refill your cup many times, fruit, yogurt, cheese and meats. We plan to return in summer to hike the area and hope to stay here again!

Cute inn, close to Randa train station
Great location if you are coming to Randa for the hike up to the Charles Kuonen suspension bridge. The inn is across the street from the Randa train station (where the hike begins). The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The gentleman than checked me in had great information to help with the hike. The room was clean and the amenities make the place very convenient. Great view from our window. The only hesitation I would have is if you are tall. I am short, so I had no issues, however my husband is about 5'11" and he could not stand up in the shower as our room was on the top floor and the ceiling was low where the roof slants.

Lovely hotel - comfortable
Marco was very friendly and nice! We can see he is taking every effort to ensure all of his guests feels at home and comfortable. He is truly a star! :) Location was good and parking was a plus for us too. Room was comfortable and had all we needed. Only negative thing would be there was no bathroom mat so the bathroom floor will be wet after each bath/shower. Overall a very lovely stay and will definitely recommend everyone to stay here if in the area :)

Idyllic stay in Randa
Away from the hustle and bustle of Zermatt, enjoy the quiet town of Randa at the Klein Matterhorn. The restaurant-bar on the first floor and the next-door train station make this a great location. The perfect launchpad for a hike to visit the world's longest pedestrian suspension bridge, about a two hour hike above Randa. Family friendly, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. You won't regret staying in this idyllic Swiss town.
