Pets:
Dogs: Well-behaved and trained dogs are welcome! If you're planning to bring more than one dog, please send us a message beforehand, as city ordinances limit the number of pets allowed. We'll be happy to confirm and assist with any necessary approvals.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we require that all dogs have up-to-date vaccination/immunization records.
We kindly request that you clean up after your dog in the yard. A $25 fee will be applied if this is neglected.
Cats: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cats at this time.
Important Note: Please be aware that unauthorized pets may result in fines imposed by the city. Any fines or associated costs incurred due to non-compliance with city regulations regarding pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
"1. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING (including tobacco, marijuana, vape) and NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY allowed on the premises. NO POSSESION of marijuana is allowed within the home. ALL smoking violations will be subject to a $1000 Violation Fine. Tampering with the security systems will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and a $500 Fine.
2. No unregistered guests or pets allowed without prior consent.
3. Check-in time begins 4:00 PM, 24/7 access. **Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM: no exceptions unless discussed in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs subject to $150.00+ violation fine.**
4. Park on driveways as available. Any gates will always remain unlocked for you. :)
5. Please take off your shoes upon entering, or at least on carpeted floors. Please also avoid shoes on the couches. Severe carpet staining subject to additional fees if we cannot remove the stain.
6. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup due to risk of staining. We will try to provide makeup towels when possible. Do not eat on the bed, as the sheets easily stain. If bed sheet or towel stains cannot be removed, additional fees will apply. For lost or misplaced towels, linens, or similar items, there is a $25 staff restocking fee. No hair dying on property. $250 excessive cleaning if dye is found stained on floor, tub, or other areas around the property.
7. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10:00pm – 8:00am.
8. Trash cans may need to be moved to the curb. If cans are full, please inform host to ensure cans are at curbside on trash day.
9. Lock all windows and doors and turn off all lights and AC/heater when away for extended times; if you are checking out, please turn off all lights and heater; leave all blankets and sheets ON the bed, we will take care of it for you.
10. **PETS: DOGS ALLOWED IF WELL-BEHAVED/TRAINED/AND WITH UPDATED VACCINATIONS/ANTI-RABIES SHOTS ONLY. Fines imposed by the city for unauthorized pets without documentation and will be paid by the guest. Additional $25 for neglecting to clean up after pet in yard. Cats NOT permitted - unauthorized cat fine of $250.00+.
11. No charging of electric vehicles on the property. Minimum fee of $75 charged for unauthorized charging of EVs, with increased fees for extended violations.
12. T.V. remote replacement fee of $100.
13. Damages - While we try to repair all property damage when they occur, we ask that you please inform us of any broken furniture, appliances, or home damage observed at check-in to prevent charges placed post-check-out in error :) (Trust us, we try to check everything but less-awesome guests will try to hide it and it might not be found until you try to use something!)
14. Do not place hard items, bones, etc in Garbage Disposal in Sink. Please place in trash can to avoid breaking the sink disposal.
*Please note, any violation of rules may incur additional fees. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the hosting platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc).
**Additional requested items may be provided upon request at an additional charge. Just let us know :)
