Very clean and comfortable beds. Only complaint was that they only had two luggage carts and both were not able to be located. Very inconvenient since we had medical equipment and multiple bags to transport. No solution offered just a sorry.

Overall, the hotel was great! The breakfast, the amenities, the location, and the convenience of different food places was everything we wanted. The staff was excellent when we checked in and out of the hotel. The only issue we had was when we requested for new towels and sheets, they either forgot or it seemed like they were short staffed. But other than that, would recommend for those who are looking for a hotel in Rancho to stay at.
