What a great location, easy check-in made all the easier with the friendly staff who explained everything. Very nice room clean and comfortable what more could you want. Very happy with our decision to stay at The Royal Oak and will hopefully stay again

Pleasant stay
Lovely view over the harbour. Room was clean but lacked storage space. There wasn't a hairdryer. Very convenient for town centre. Breakfast wasn't included but there were a few places in the town for breakfast. Parking was quite expensive but it is possible to park at Asda for around £6 day.

Great stay great room. I booked 5 rooms but got 4 flights of stairs to get to mine, difficulty as I’m disabled. Doable but 1 of my friends got gifted a lower room with a four poster! ?

Wonderfully charming traditional seaside hotel - friendly welcome and very helpful service, spotless room, very comfortable, great shower. Lovely location as well. Would definitely return!

A Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Having a room at the top was a bit precarious with very steep stairs. Luckily only needed to ascend them once a day. perfect place for a short stay.
