As you step into this beautifully designed apartment, you'll immediately notice the seamless blend of modern elegance and sustainable living. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light and leads directly to a spacious sea-facing terrace. This large terrace is your private haven, where you can savour morning coffee, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply unwind with the mesmerising sight and sound of the sea.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring modern appliances including Siemens Induction Hob, Fan Over & Dishwasher plus a Grind Espresso Coffee Machine. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room for your convenience. In the second bedroom, you'll find a delightful surprise for the kids - a set of sturdy bunk beds with an additional pull-out trundle bed, ensuring a cozy and exciting space for them to rest and play. For added comfort, there's also a main bathroom with a relaxing bathtub.

The apartment is located on the second floor, with lift access to all floors.

We love animals but we have chosen to make this home pet-free.

The apartment is fitted with a Minut Sensor. Minut is camera-free. It simply monitors sound, occupancy and temperature levels in the property. It does not listen in on conversations or capture any other sensitive data.
Minut minimises neighbour complaints, keeps guests and homes safe, and enhances guest comfort.

You will have full access to the apartment (excluding one of two wardrobes in the kids bedroom which will remain locked) You will also have access to a secure, covered private parking space and a secure bicycle store.
Please note we do not currently offer EV charging.

We take sustainability seriously. This property has been furnished with eco-friendly and locally sourced materials wherever possible, without compromising on luxury; including super soft bamboo bedding, Eco Mattresses & Mater terrace furniture made from ocean waste plastic.

We supply plastic free and sustainable toiletries, eco coffee pods and use green cleaning products.
Please do not bring candles or any naked flames, as this presents a fire risk.
