First off I did not stay at this property and would like my refund. I stayed 5 mins and left because of the uncleanliness. I have stayed at cheaper hotels in the past and was not as dirty as this. The towels looked discolored and the aroma was not welcoming at all. Police was circling the premises ever so often. I’m like this is not for me and checked out. I asked for a refund the front desk told me I couldn’t. I called customer care with hopes someone will call me back and refund me my money. I paid to stay at a nice hotel that night. Now I know being cheap isn’t everything! Lesson learnt!

The hotel condition outside was ok but the condition inside was not what I expected. Once we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor the hallway had a mildew odor. Room 220 definitely had a strong mildew odor, bath tub needed to be clean with some stronger cleaner

I didn't like that there was nowhere to hang clothes in my room. I didn't like that the whole place needs a good cleaning and maybe some paint and wall repairs. I didn't like that there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. I didn't like that there was only one rack to help bring things into the motel from the car.
