Proceed With Caution.
I'll start with the good: The house is in a nice neighborhood. For the most part the description was accurate. The beds are comfortable. The bad: Dirty dishes were stored away upon arrival. There wasn't a remote for the television. Blood stains throughout the house on the floor. During the stay there was a major plumbing issue that began the first night. Which led to the toilet/shower initially just being clogged, and eventually flooded the house. The host gave a partial refund ( a full refund would have made sense, due to the fact that we had to leave the house to use the toilet/shower starting our second day there) , rather than a full refund, despite us having issues the second morning of our stay. We left a day early due to the house flooding. The host also rents out the upstairs portion of the house as a rental too. This isn't mentioned in the description (apparently it's not a necessity according to VRBO), but keep that in mind if you hear people above you or see cars in the driveway. Check in instructions were given about an hour prior to check in, so don't expect them early in the morning or the day before. The host also isn't very responsive, neither us or the people staying above us were able to get in touch with her initially. Stay with caution, considering how the plumbing issue effected the upper portion and lower portion of the house. I'm sure once that's fixed and the home is properly cleaned you may have a decent stay.
