The property landscape and grounds were nicely maintained. The staff was courteous and informative. However, the room door was difficult to close and lock. We had to slam it multiple times in order to secure it, which I’m sure was very irritating to our surrounding rooms. Also, the bathroom door dragged on the bottom, and it was very difficult to close it, almost impossible. The toilet went flushed. Would continue to run for minutes on end and then finally stop. I will say the room was very clean.

The property was really nice and clean. Loved having 2 bedrooms. The staff was nice and very helpful. Be aware when you book this through a third party you are not allowed to leave your vehicle. You must do the park and pay through hotel. The gave me a one time pass and I had to pay $10.00 a night but will not allow me to do it again. That's not the way it's advertised on Expedia. Also, the lighting in the parking area is bad. Need more lighting.

Everything was great BUT the hot water wasn't working when we needed to take a shower. Upon checkout we were told that it had been fixed around 3 AM that morning but we needed showers the night before so were not able to shower. The room was spacious and clean but there were no blankets in the room for the pullout. We did retrieve them from the front desk so that was fine. Just fyi.
