Work Trip
I was extremely busy when I got home trying to catch up on things and when I finally tried to write a review and was informed by you that I was sending it in too late. Very Frustrated.

Left high and dry
Arrived at 4:15 pm to find a sign on door from water utility company stating "Your water has been turned off due to non payment." We did enter the property and confirmed that the water was, in deed, turned off. We contacted agent who had a difficult time contacting the owner. We then went to a friends house in the area. After several hours we were told water was back on. We returned to the property at 8 pm to find water still off. At this time we contacted an Evolve agent and cancelled the stay. The Evolve agent was very efficient and helpful. The same was true of the property cleaner who apparently was the owners representative. As for the owner, we have nothing positive to say. Person does not pay the bills; left us with no place to stay; had to find an extended stay hotel. VRBO also not helpful in this regard.
