This is a great place to stay for convenience to the Duke campus. When I checked out I asked for an emailed receipt. A week later, and after an email and a phone call to ask for it, I still have not received it. That's the reason for the 3 rating on staff and service. I would give the place a 1 rating based on failure ro send me my receipt, but the staff members I met were friendly and courteous.
