Website was incorrect. There is NO pool and no free shuttle within 5 mile area. We chose this hotel for the shuttle and was told they hadn’t had a shuttle since before COVID. No pool on property. No room service. Website needs updated with accurate information. Site states there is a deli which there wasn’t.

I’ve stayed here multiple times since I have to routinely come to town to see my skull base surgeon for post surgery check ups. Not happy that I found out after the fact when I got there and not expecting it, the owner is now charging for guests to park as of July 2024. I book early for these doctor appointments. Will potentially try other hotels in the area for my next appointment. Tired of being nickeled and dimed.

Excellent service! Classy, clean and cozy hotel!
Wonderful staff who all seem to strive for excellence with a sweet smile! Our room was well appointed and clean with a very comfortable bed including the bedding & the amazing pillows! Beautiful bathroom, giant shower head, excellent water pressure with soft, heavy towels, and a full suite of Dove toiletries. All you need is your toothbrush & toothpaste! Which they probably have available. There is a small market in the lobby. As well as a free (good) coffee, tea, & hot cocoa available 24/7. They even have delicious little honey packets for the tea! Breakfast was included and enjoyable with plenty of options for this type of dining experience. We have definitely found our "home away from home" whenever we visit! Thank you for helping us to have wonderful stay in Chapel Hill!
