I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay to park. Then they needed a credit card for “incidentals.” And they charged another $25 to be refunded if I didn’t get incidentals. No extras in bathroom such as shampo, bar soap, etc. I treaded asking for items normally in a bathroom for fear of being charged for incidentals. At least there was an extra roll of toilet paper. Amazing. Expedia should publish charges for parking.

Like it's location for our event and ease in getting into and out of area. Didn't like the fact that only 2 carts for clothes and bags for entire hotel. Had to make 3 trips from room to car to pack when leaving. Left me breathless and super tired due to my heart health.

You have to pay to park here - $10/night and that is not included in the price. Also, we heard everything in the room above us…so if you need a quiet place to sleep this may not be the one for you (or ask to be placed on the top floor).

Had to pay extra to separate company for parking in hotel lot. In-room AC was very noisy. Coffee maker did not work. Staff was not accommodating when I requested one extra towel. Breakfast was below average. Convenient to UNC and bed was comfortable. Would have been fine with normal rates but not for tripled rates for homecoming.
