We were hit with an unexpected parking fee which was not mentioned while making the reservation. I don’t understand if I am paying for a room, why is there an additional fee for parking on your property!!!!!. The hotel felt outdated , ice machine on 4th floor broken, floor in room kept crackling when going in and out of bathroom, stains on the tub, signal kept dropping on tv, and waste bins entirely too small. I had to pay ahead for the breakfast buffet which was the exact same minus the waffles that you get complimentary at other hotels.

I had made a mistake when I did the reservation and needed an extra night. Could not change my reservation but made a second one for the additional night with a note to be able to stay in the same room. When we checked in we were told that everything was set and the reservation was good through the 3 nights. When we came back from the funeral we could not get in the room. At the desk the clerk said you have to check out and then check back in. I told her we were not told that on Thursday night. So we had to do the entire check in process again. She made us wait while she called and chastised the cleaning staff for not letting her know we had not checked out!! The room was clean but carpet was frayed and stained. Faucet in bathroom was loose. I prefer to have a hotel that has breakfast included in the cost of the room.

Third time staying here and will be my last. Pool has been out of service on two of those occasions and the room this time was very basic. In the past you could overlook the old building thats had updates, but the room and feel this time was just old and dated. Ill try another spot next time im here for business.

I would think they could get the smoke smell out of the room, after all these years. You have to pay to park in their mostly empty parking lot. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable. A microwave would have been nice and the building needs to be pressure washed. The bathroom had conditioner but no shampoo. Bar soap but no soap dish. ???

It was just an OK stay the rooms were small, but the hotel itself is a little rundown can do some updates. There was stains on the carpet and our room had a lot of dust. The pool area was OK however The hot tub was not working

Hotel is dated and the bathroom was so small I couldn’t share the space with my spouse. There were obvious stains on the curtains, floors and bedding. The bed provided no support and the pillows were all very thin, worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. To top it off, there was no staff to direct me for breakfast so I left after waiting 5 minutes. I don’t understand the higher reviews for this hotel- I based my choice on those ratings. Do not stay here.
