It looks like a nice place but there are a lot of things in disrepair. the hvac system is antiquated. The elevator door shuts with difficulty. Our toilet didn’t flush well. The chair was stained in our room

Check in was slow, the first set of room keys didn’t work, so had to go back and wait in line again to get new keys. The bar was closed at 11.00 PM which seemed early for a weekend night

Overall, good room. Quiet and clean. AC unit in room made a loud noise; had to turn it off for sleeping. Refrigerator's freezer box was totally iced over (2-3 inches of frosty ice), and was unusable.

Breakfast Scam
Floors filthy in room. Paid for breakfast on hotels.com when booked room for breakfast. When we went and got breakfast(eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries) they were not included and found out after we got the food and ate it. They said the breakfast included is only cereal and yogurt. They have a good racket charging for a breakfast people think is included. Saw a few people after our encounter who had the same problem. Never stayed at a hotel where they charge that way.
