Room was not what we reserved
We reserved a king room, received a confirmation from the hotel prior to our stay; however, when we checked in the associate said there were only queen rooms available and that they were overbooked. Disappointed that our reserved preference was ignored. On the plus side, the hotel is very clean and well designed.

This hotel is beautiful, feels luxurious. Staff was incredibly friendly, rooms are all new and clean. I loved the coffee and tea station when you enter the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.
