Summary:
Spacious and comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom home with fully fenced in back yard. Pet friendly, perfect for families!

The Space:
This two bedroom home has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an extremely comfortable king sized bed and room darkening curtains. Second bedroom has queen sized bed. We use only 100% cotton high thread count sheets. Living room has indoor fireplace and HUGE smart TV with streaming capabilities. The full and private office space is perfect for guests who will be traveling for work, from the office look out to our fully fenced in backyard. This space is sure to leave you feeling comfortable and at home! We do allow up to two dogs with a $100 pet fee.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of one locked cleaners closet.

Interaction with Guests:
Host will be available by phone or messaging but will give guests privacy during their stay.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Fred G. Bond Metro Park. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Beautiful & comfortable
My daughter & I had a wonderful stay! It is beautifully decorated, and we were very comfortable staying there! The host was so kind and helpful, when I had a question. I highly recommend this cute & cozy cottage. We plan to come again soon!

Not Perfect
The owner did not respond to my emails during the visit. There was no porch light bulb working making the steep outdoor stairs a hazard. Further there were 4 missing bulbs in the master bath making the light not ideal. The shower water valve was so loose it might fall off. The master bedroom A/C ceiling vent was closed and could not be opened. The desk was too high to use effectively, but there was a hidden fold out board that was the right height. Wish I had known this was there - it just looked like a cabinet door. These easy to fix things stood in the way of an otherwise good impression.

Great cozy house!
Very clean and lovely house. My old golden and I enjoyed our week longs stay. The host was extremely friendly and all questions were immediately responded to. The house was very clean and cozy! Great deck and fenced in yard for my old pup to lay in the lawn while I read on the deck. The location was great! Close to all the places I wanted to be and would be about 20min drive to see the Huricanes/Wolf Pack or downtown. Every was perfect and I will most likely book it again next year for another week. Thank you very much!!

Great location
My wife and our two dogs stayed here and it was great. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from Cary. My sister lives just around the corner so it was perfect to visit my newborn niece. This area has so much to offer, I would encourage anyone to stay here and explore Cary and Raleigh.

Cozy, comfortable house with a nice size yard for my dog to run around in and situated in a nice neighborhood close to hiking trails and shopping. Enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The hosts were nice and easy to deal with.

The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the fenced backyard for our dog and the location was ideal for us. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and perfect for walks. The bed was very comfortable too!

Great place to stay
The location is close to Cary and Apex. It also was helpful that the neighborhood was close to parks - Apex community center and Bond Park. Also, there are so many side walks to access. Very helpful for me since I was staying with my two dogs and it made taking walks with them easy. I felt safe in the neighborhood. The cottage was perfect sized with two bedrooms and bathrooms. I would definitely stay again when in the area. And Molly was a pleasure to work with.
