The whole property, I hesitate to even call it a hotel/motel was absolutely awful. Under “construction” that was more disaster zone than remodel/spruce-up. Not even the lobby doors opened or closed properly -not even important after what came next-. The elevator was beyond on its last legs, and seemed like it would give out at any moment. Walls, carpet and just in general ANYTHING under that roof was begging for a deep cleanse through fire. And I haven’t even got to the blasted room yet. After opening the DENTED door, I was face to face with gas station bathroom cleaning standards. Absolutely disgusting. Furnishings cherry picked from the dumpster and an everlasting cigarette stench that had me watery eyed and fleeing for the front desk demanding a cancellation. If you prize your health, wellbeing and/or hygiene steer clear of this hellhole.

I pulled up in the driveway and did not stop to get out .it appeared to have some very unsavory people grouped up and hanging out all around the facility….the area was full of people walking to and from homeless camps…I felt very unsafe just driving into the parking lot

The property was under renovation during our stay. We did get a renovated room, which was lovely. Unfortunately, the room was not fully clean, and we had to request further cleaning. The service staff were very attentive and helpful. However, there was only one person on duty at a time, which led to the front desk being unattended frequently. I would suggest that the owner consider hiring more staff, especially for cleaning.

Renovations were taking place. This hotel should have closed while this was occurring. The rooms are cold and uncomfortable. The view and the atmosphere is not welcoming. The staff were nice and friendly

POSITIVE- The staff was as friendly as ive ever known im in any hotel ive ever stayed. NEGATIVE- The place is being renovated but my room was not one of them…the sheets were stained, the bed felt like a mattress youd find in a pull out couch and there was splatter in the picture in the bathroom that i couldnt tell if it was blood or feces. Evidently they do the renovation work in the middle of the night because i could hear power tools and hammering above my room most of the night so sleep was not part of the overall experience. They do not offer anything in the AM besides coffee and it is NOT good.

I booked a night at the hotel because when you look at the picture it looks nice. One of the reasons, I chose it was because they had a free breakfast. When we got to the hotel, to our surprise, they told us that it was only coffee or tea. The breakfast area was made of construction materials. I chose a non-smoking room because my husband and I don't smoke and the room smelled really strong of cigarettes. The truth is that if I have to book again of that area, I'll look for other hotels.

First time staying here .. staff was very friendly room was clean. Stayed in a remodel roo. This hotel also offered free coffee and hot teas daily.

I had to have my room switched multiple times for starters. I was told that they would be finished remodeling, but that was a lie, and I called a month in advance before booking. My first room was disgusting. It looked like a downright ghetto motel as you walked in the building. All you smell is cigarettes. The second room I walked in, had a huge leak and the third one had hair in the bed, but it was two beds so we just slept on the other one. I would say if you need a cheap hotel and you have a big family go for it but if you are trying to enjoy yourself on a vacation get a room that is a little bit more expensive somewhere else this place is not worth it in the photos online do not represent what is shown in person.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling. Though my room had been almost completely renovated, it was filthy! Housekeeping was sorry. The floors had not been swept or mopped in days, looked like. I could not even walk barefoot in the room. Toilet was filthy! Shower was filthy and backing up! Toilet steady ran the whole 3 days I was there. Towels and wash clothes had bleach stains and yellow stains on them. There was a slug and spider crawling in my room. Just poor quality of a hotel for the guests. Needs to shut down until renovation is complete and a thorough clean is performed! Service was friendly. Worst part is, my car was HIT in the parking lot! I know the hotel is not liable for things like this, but somehow the cameras did not even pick anything up so nothing could be done about it. Cheap is not always better. Pay the extra money and find some place better to stay!
