Stylish, very clean and comfortable ground level apartment in Research Triangle (RTP) area with seasonal community pool. Quiet community. The property has VERY convenient location! Only minutes from major highways (I-540, I-40 and Hwy 55). Only 14 min to RDU airport, 13 minutes to Duke University and 10 minutes to downtown Durham. Condo offers assigned parking and plenty of visitor parking.

The place is best suitable for up to 4 people as there is a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed.

Just What We Needed
This VRBO was great! The owner, Emily, communicated very well. The location of the property was perfect for what we needed. It felt safe, it's away from traffic and it is central to Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. The housing complex was clean and there were families with pets out and about. The parking space was perfectly placed and is very roomy (no worries about getting your car dinged). The room was very nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was functional with good water pressure. I recommend this little VRBO for a quiet weekend in the Triangle.
