The staff at this property seemed somewhat distracted and a bit disinterested in ensuring a great guest experience. We had to return our room keys 4-5 times over a 2-day stay, because they kept malfunctioning (would work at first then lose code & require reprogramming). Also, the power went completely out in our room, and the front desk rep did not seem to know what to do, besides visit the room, which seemed pointless. She said that there was no maintenance person on duty at the hotel (in the middle of the day?!) Eventually, she relocated us to a different room, which was nice. Lastly, the TV in the room was poorly installed and obviously dated; it would not hold a channel's reception, and was VERY slow to respond to the remote. We ended up watching a popular cable channel (ESPN2) on our cell phone, because we could not view it on our room's TV.
