Beautiful and comfortable home but not fully fenced yard
The house was easy to check into and it was in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the Raleigh flea market. The bed was very comfortable and it had a really nice bathroom. We felt very safe there. However… as beautiful as the yard was, the pictures were very deceiving. We were under the impression that the yard was fully fenced. That was the #1 reason why we picked this place is because we wanted a nice yard for our dog to run around in. 95% of the yard had a nice fence but it was missing the gate door so we were unable to let our dogs run around. We would only stay here again if the fence was fixed and it was a completely fenced in yard. Otherwise we would have stayed at another nice cheaper house without a yard because we had to walk them on leash anyway. All in all, I recommend staying here if a fenced in yard is not as important to you as it is to us.

I highly recommend this cozy cottage. It is clean and comfortably furnished. The beds are especially comfortable! The space is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. We had everything we needed for our long weekend. It is very close to PNC Arena which made it a good choice for us. It is in an older neighborhood on a quiet side street. Although the area nearby is mostly commercial, the street is quiet. Check in and check out were both very easy and all of our inquiries were answered promptly. I would stay here again without hesitation.
