Will not stay again
Room has an infestation of box elder bugs, owner not too concerned. It was unsettling to have these flying & crawling around. Room was old badly in need on some upgrade. When asked if they had ice owner said there was ice for sale at reception - pretty bad when you have to buy ice. We were the only ones there. The owner really should get his big problem under control!

The check in was smooth and hassle free. The staff at the reception received us very warmly and showed us the room. He was very knowledgeable about the area and suggested a lot of good places to eat! Definitely recommend this due to the proximity to everything!

The owner and his wife were very nice, friendly and helpful. Motel was very close to the small town within walking distance. The 1st floor rooms don’t have ac because it was built in ground. I am not sure if it was stated in the motel description. Luckily, it wasn’t that hot and we had the fan running all night.
