Service for the most part was very good - airport pick up & delivery was good; breakfast was good, room was as advertised however one staffer, on check out, was far more interested in the game on his phone than on solving the credit card processing . Young kids addicted to phones are a PAIN!

Nica Quito hotel
My arrival was unpleasant as my the staff had lost the reservation for one my rooms. The next day the hotel manager refunded our money without a hassle and apologized for the inconvenience. If the incident with the room hadn't happened it would have been an excellent experience.

Good stay though there were a few minor issues
A little difficult for our taxi driver to find and its far out of the centre so it's necessary to take taxis to go anywhere Even though we booked a city view room, our room was on the bottom floor with no vistas - disappointing but the views from elsewhere in the hotel were beautiful The breakfast was terrible- watered juice, stale bread and cold coffee - which was a shame because the hotel is in an extremely safe location, offers beautiful vistas and the cleanliness of the room and the strength of the wifi was brilliant. In addition, the laundry service was quick, cheap and efficient

El lugar seguro, tranquilo, cómodo y se veía la ciudad desde el comedor pero puedo permitirme decir que al ver que en las fotos se ve espectacular, pero me quedó debiendo ( por ahí el baño tenía humedad en el techo del baño, aparentemente se iba a ver la ciudad desde las habitaciones pero no fue así)
