This is my favorite hotel to stay while in Quito: 1. The people are friendly and extremely helpful. 2. Must try the bar and let them recommend local or Latin American drinks. 3. The rooms are truly suites, clean, and well maintained. 4. The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable of things to do in Quito. In my humble opinion it's the best hotel in Quito

I had a great experience staying at EB Hotel. The reception was fast efficient and courteous. room service was great the food was great. They responded to all my requests quickly. The grounds surrounding the hotel were landscaped very nicely. The pool was also a great amenity as well as the jacuzzi.

I stayed after an early morning flight to Quito. Hotel is 5min from terminal. They provided a transfer and it was 3am so really thankful. Property is beautiful inside. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Zero complaints. Will be back

Clean and organized. Staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the way a member of the bar staff (angel) handled when I asked to charge my coffee to my room made it not only unpleasant, but down rude. Their system did not allow him to charge me at the bar. I asked him to charge it to the room. He insisted I had to pay him at the bar. Instead, he a suggested to come to room to charge my card there. Not very professional. He shows up 35 minutes late and I literally felt he was chasing me for a darn cup of coffee!!! This experience made it very unpleasant. Question whether I will stay there again.
