***New Listing*** “Diamond on the Lake” is located on Greers Ferry Lake and is situated in the beautiful Diamond Bluff community. It has a wonderful shoreline that is perfect for swimming or anchoring your boat. There is a paved pathway down to a lovely sitting area at the high-water line. From here there is a short, unpaved and not handicap accessible slope to the beach. Please call or message for further details or photos. The main level features an open floor plan that includes the living, kitchen, and dining areas. On the main level, you will also find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, laundry room, a half bath, and access to the expansive outdoor deck. Heading downstairs, you will find a second living area with a ping-pong table, second refrigerator, a set of adult twin bunkbeds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Also downstairs, there is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom with a jack and Jill bathroom, and access to the two screened in porches. In each screened in porch, you will find bonus sleeping spaces. One has a twin couch while the other has a futon that will fold into a full bed.
