The bed is hard as a rock very uncomfortable this time around. There were dogs barking all night in the hotel, as well as kids running up and down the hall and yelling when I was trying to sleep. I woke up at four this morning to the kids above me, jumping up and down hollering That I ended up just getting up to leave and check out at that time as I could not go back to sleep and was so agitated.

We were in town for a wedding. We found the front desk staff (especially Johnny Moore) to be friendly, helpful, reliable, and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The beds were comfy. The shower had great water pressure. The free hot breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us and the hotel was a good place to stay! Wonderful breakfast and pool was great. The water pressure in the bathroom was not so good🙁

We booked a suite with a fireplace and the fireplace didn't work and they said they would have it fixed the guy was on his way in 30 minutes and never came it kind of took away from all the extra we paid to have a room with the fireplace

Kids had fun at the pool but it was hot and humid in there. Inconvenient that the bathroom is out in the hallway so that soaking wet people can get everything wet because they barely had any pool towels. Rooms smelled like pee when we arrived but appear clean. Hallway to rooms smelled like weed. The bar is nice there but I would have walked over to target if I had known that 2 shots of vodka was going to be the price of a whole bottle. Breakfast was basic, hard to find staff to refill things. There were a couple staff members that you could tell they had better things to do but also some that were great.
