Not what was advertised!
When we arrived the king pet room wasn’t available; eventually the manager and night person made arrangements that were fine. But the property is not as advertised on Hotels.com: it’s an older place recently purchased by Prestige and starting to be renovated. None of the pictures were close to reality. Pet friendly meant we were charged $30/night for our 5# dog- rates used by fancy hotels, not motel 6 level! No outside walking areas, ice covered parking. It was clean but we had to ask for fresh towels 2nd day. It was most expensive place in Quesnel and definitely not the best. The staff were very friendly and made the best of it but both Prestige and Hotels.com are responsible for very misleading, inaccurate and expensive charges

The hot tub is under maintenance. The signage is not updated to read "Prestige" it still reads "Quality inn". Im not happy because i was just here a few nights ago. I booked here specifically because i wanted a hot tub. Tonight i booked through Expedia and it read "Prestige" i called ahead to confirm my room had a kitchenette and front desk confirmed yes but when i check in there is no kitchenette and no hot tub! What a complete waste of a booking.

There was no sign on property Hard to tell were it was Everythhing was fine after we found it but the room was very cold and no warm blankets in site The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great

Nice hotel. A/C in our room only worked intermittently so our room was a bit warm. The toilet ran all night which was annoying. When checking in the clerk told us to bring everything valuable in from the car and to make sure it is locked as they have a lot of break in’s. That didn’t give us good feelings about the place. We had no problems but were definitely worried all night. Breakfast was very nice. Check in discouraged us from using the pool as they were closing it in 30 minutes and she wanted to close it early. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Title: “A Five-Star Experience… If You’re a Cockroach!” If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But if you’re a fan of horror movies and want to live in one, this place is a must-visit! From the moment you step into the lobby, you’re greeted by the unmistakable scent of “Eau de Mildew,” a fragrance so pungent it could bring a tear to your eye—or maybe that was just the dust clouds rolling off the ancient carpet. The room itself was a masterpiece of shoddy craftsmanship. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in a fashion that could only be described as “artistic disintegration.” I particularly enjoyed the decor—early ’90s murder mystery chic, complete with stains on the walls that might be coffee… or something far more sinister.
