Mi experiencia fue muy mala ,despues de 4 horas de viaje desde ciudad de mexico y tener un reserva confirmada y pagada el lugar no me atendio porque llegue a las 12 am sin importar que avise via whatsapp de mi llegada simplemente no les importo y me dejaron fuera en la madrugada
This is a very bad experience, they told me I could place thing in the refrigerator that is shared and then they took my things out and placed them on the floor .the roof area that is sold on Expedia like a nice place to relax and enjoy the view they have everything closed and they dont allow u to be there.the sitting area is very dirty and the jacuzzi is nasty !honestly this is like an abandoned hotel !staff is not friendly at all ! I normally book with Expedia because it’s always amazing and they only have the best of the best but today is very bad !
Interesting place not too far from historic district, but the spa is close to non existent, no sauna, hot tub, etc, no massage availability on the day of check in. Still waiting for massage. Will see how it is…
Un hotel bonito, agradable pero un gran punto en contra es que no tiene estacionamiento y la pensión que ellos te recomiendan cuesta $100 or cada 12 horas.
Arriving from the outside I started to worry and said oh no but going through the door and seeing my name on the notice board things went swimmingly after that. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great and informative.
I would stay again!!!
I consider my staying at Moss Hotel & Spa very enjoyable. The location was amazing, the staff were very cordial and the Continental Breakfast was considerably tasteful. It was a short, but comforting experience!
