Our room was not ready at 5:30pm. Our bathroom started to flood because of the jacuzzi next door: warm water and dirt. This happened 11:55 on New Year`s eve. The main desk was empty and the people in charge of security were ... in no condition to help. The only one was a guy working at the party. They didn`t tell us the party was the only way to have dinner so...you can imagine my start of the year. This hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Avoid staying here.

No internet Restaurant is poorly maintained. Air conditioning they have to change 3 rooms. Even the last one doesn't work. I was tired of moving to 4 th one. Not sure how this hotel is even rated with out basic stuff. I am the only guest in entire hotel. That tells most of it.

The hotel is far away from Tequisquiapan and Bernal (Peña de Bernal). The hacienda photos in the web show more than reality. Food is bad, with no good taste. I will not come back to hacienda tres vidas even though the personal attention was good.

La habitación “junior suite” que reservamos tenía un desperfecto en la tina de hidromasaje, de tal modo que nos pasaron a una habitación de mucho menor calidad fuera del área central del hotel - por el mismo precio, sin oportunidad de ofrecernos una compensación, bajo el argumento de que era un asunto directo a trata con “Expedia". Sólo hasta el otro día, después de mostrar cortésmente nuestra incomodidad, el gerente nos ofreció un desayuno sin costo. Además, en la nueva habitación tampoco había agua caliente en la tina de hidromasaje, sino tibia. El lugar está bastante aislado y para no tener que comer del restaurante del hotel (bajo "acuerdo en concreto con lo que el Chéf tiene en el momento”, y sin una carta con precios concretos) hay que viajar 30 minutos a Tequis, lo cual ya resulta incómodo si lo que uno deseaba era tener todo en el lugar. Fue muy extraño ser los únicos huéspedes en el lugar, de tal modo que no nos explicamos, por qué no nos pudieron brindar una habitación de la misma calidad, tal como lo muestran en internet. Parece que falta experiencia en servicios de hotelería bajo el rubro de “Hotel-Spa”, sobretodo bajo la perspectiva de los precios bastante elevados para lo que en verdad ofrecen. El personal fue muy gentil y amable, pese a todo.

El personal es muy atento y amable, pero llegamos alrededor de las 7pm y la habitación no estaba lista, tuvimos que esperar para que la limpiaran, nos ofrecieron tragos en cortesía por el descuido, no había agua caliente en la regadera, el agua de la alberca heladísima, el restaurante no tiene carta sino que te dicen el menú al momento, pedí un jugo de naranja y parecía TANG, por el precio me pareció un robo.

Mucho q desear en la estancia
Mucho que desear en la estancia, la misma noche que llegamos nos cambiaron 2 veces de habitaciones, con fallas en el aire acondicionado filtraba agua, el grifo del baño suelto, muchos perros no sabemos si son del lugar pero en la madrugada un ladredrio tremendo.
