Las instalaciones están en buen estado, la decoración es armónica, el tamaño de las habitaciones es reducido, las camas tienen una altura poco ergonómica, las almohadas muy blandas y el colchón demasiado suave, las habitaciones carecen de ventilación natural (tienen ventana pero no circula el aire). Deberían advertir que el restaurante solo funciona de jueves a domingo y el servicio de estacionamiento que rentan está en muy malas condiciones. Para ser hotel boutique les falta personal especializado en atención al cliente y servicios. El personal es amable pero carece de un verdadero entrenamiento en atención al cliente y servicios hoteleros.
