We loved our stay at the Ramada. The two bedroom apartment was fantastic with a lounge between bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It was spacious and very clean and modern. Easy walking into town centre and good parking. I will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. If you get the lake view 2 bedroom the view is outstanding.

Convenient location, friendly staff
Friendly staff, very welcoming when we first arrived. Paid for upgrade to studio apartment which had kitchenette and laundry facilities, very functional for six night stay. Convenient location, 5 minute walk into town and close to bus stops for public transport. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again.

The staff were lovely and the location was great. The room was cleaned everyday. However the bed was not very comfortable. It was two singles joined and the mattress join was very uncomfortable to sleep on. There also was a constant banging noise that the staff couldn’t locate so the remedy was earplugs. The noise made being in the hotel tense, stressful and instantly uncomfortable. Not the way you want to feel when on holiday.

This Queenstown property is a perfect accommodation option for travellers on a modest travel budget. It is centrally located in the heart of the entertainment and shopping precinct. The studio room is spacious for two people and has good but restricted views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. Amenities are generous and provided in abundance. The Coco Cabana serves good food like the beef curry and the speciality burger. The reception staff, particularly Aaira, were accommodating, courteous and helpful in providing assistance with hotel amenities. I highly recommend this property!
