Amazing location! Right near a beautiful walkway by the river. Loads of birds and friendly people. Easily walkable from the airport as there are sidewalks. Groceries nearby also. Parking is a challenge as it’s first come first served but there is a lot nearby with good rates

Beautiful view. We were not advised that a parking pass had to be displayed, we were not issued a parking pass. We parked where we were told to park and received a fine. Staff reviewed video/audio footage and confirmed that we were not given a pass, and admitted it was an oversight on the behalf of the motel Staff said they would contact the relevant authority to have it waived. It never occurred. Extremely dissatisfied with the result as we are now $66 further out of pocket. I request reimbursement.

Don’t stay in room one one
Do not stay on the ground floor by the toilets. Not allowed to give room number? Why I don’t know. But check it out first it ends in a one. Everyone meeting in the morning right outside your room. Asked to be moved but they said they were full. So we were woken up early every morning. Rooms are nice and big but no chairs to sit in. Told us we only had a standard room they don’t have chairs. Never stayed anywhere that doesn’t have at least 1 chair. So we had to sit on the bed for 4 nights and get woken up each morning. Nice place but will not stay here ever again. If you book be sure to not stay in our room. Plus we got given a voucher for a free coffee and cake. Which was great but only 1? So if we used it someone would have to pay. Good on selling.

The property is conveniently located next to the airport. It is half hotel and half apartments. Parking is limited. The hotel does not have shuttle service to the airport. We arrived at 3pm for check in and waited 30mins and the room still wasn't ready. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and polite but seemed understaffed for a fully booked hotel.

Very expensive to stay in a very small room. Once you had a park you couldn’t move otherwise you had to park elsewhere and pay. Hard when you have to drive to get food…… Everything was comfortable but no more.

Sally at reception was fantastic!!! So helpful!!!! We had a wonderful view from our room and the bed and shower were fantastic. The room had a bit of a weird smell but overall this was a surprisingly wonderful stay.

This was a last minute booking but the room was quite nice. It was configured for an expat so had a washer/dryer in the room along with kitchen items. The major headache that caused the lower rating is the parking. There is not enough parking at the property so you have to park in a local lot. The only way to pay is to download an app. The hotel staff did not give clear directions about where to park so we ended up being really far away and opting not to bring in our luggage because of having to traverse dirt parking lots. It turned out there was a much closer lot but also difficult to navigate with luggage. Had to walk back to the hotel to download the app and then walk back to the car. it was extremely inconvenient, although the hotel did send a message stating that parking was limited. The room itself was nice and was very convenient to the airport. There was a cute little shopping area with restaurants and grocery store. The hotel staff was friendly although more detailed information about parking would have improved the experience. Maybe they could have a prepared handout with a map and instructions so people could download the app while on the hotel wifi.

A super economical Queenstown Hotel Apartment

It was an average hotel. Very sparsely furnished. You got what you paid for. No chair or place for luggage in the room basically a bed with 2 small nightstands. Parking was a challenge. They say free parking but that’s if there’s any spots left if not then you have to drive elsewhere and park. One building of the complex is used as apartments so the majority of the parking is reserved for them. The view of the Remarkables was beautiful and staff was very friendly.
