Nice high end apartments with a great view of the lake. 10 minute walk to central Queenstown, but the street is steep, uphill on the way back to the apartment, so if you have mobility issues take that into account. Nice dividing/folding door between the living and bedroom that give great flexibility depending on your needs/preference. Small but functional galley kitchen. WiFi worked well. During our visit (Nov 2024) there was scaffolding on the lake side of the building slightly obstructing view as the exterior was being decorated. We were warned if this a few days before our visit - however it did mean sooner noise and intrusion and limited our use of the balcony.

Beautiful view of the mountains and lake right in front of our balcony. Unobstructed as it is slightly further away from the congested town area. Wonderful for short stay for a family with kids. Fully equipped.

This place was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip. Beautiful lake view, clean and comfortable room. We loved the kitchen with washer/dryer. Comfortable seating are and heated floors made it very nice. The view was breathtaking! Loved the sliding glass doors that opened very wide. The staff - especially Rene were extremely helpful with last minute hiccups in our trip. It made the stay truly wonderful. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay. I was upgraded to a room with a lake view which meant I didn’t want to leave my room/terrace for most of my trip! The view is incredible. The bed was very comfortable and all the underfloor heating and fireplace made the whole experience very cosy.

It is about a 17 minute walk from the main attractions in Queenstown. Just be aware, it's on a steepish hill so not the easiest walk! Reception was ok, not going out of their way but answering questions fine. Rooms themselves were very clean though small. Bathrooms were nice. Water pressure was ok but the water liked to change temperature randomly so be ready to adjust. One thing that bugged me was that it said AC was available online. The day we arrived, the room was stuffy and hot. We asked reception about it and were told only some rooms had it (not ours despite the booking.) No fan available either. We opened the side door and window to allow a cross breeze which helped a lot but there was no netting so a lot of bugs flew in. I also left a bag on the couch before checking out to go to the airport. 45 minutes, I realized and called the reception desk. The bag had all of my info written on it yet nobody noticed to call. A bit irresponsible on my part of course but I can't say they helped much. All in all, would recommend with some caveats.

Great place to stay. Only issue were we had a gas leak feom the fire place and reception didnt seem interested in addressing this when we reported it so we werent able to use the fire place. The gardener was quite invasive coming onto outdoor area attached to apartment without consideration for occupants

Beautiful view, walk to town, easy parking, spa pool. Comfortable King bed in one bedroom apt with lake view. Under floor heating and fireplace. Good size fridge freezer. No netflix. Minimal TV channels. Couple of mugs in kitchen old and stained could be replaced but no biggy. Hot water in shower a bit dodgy. Very clean tidy. Biggest thing was, I left an expensive jacket in the wardrobe and they contacted me and couriered it back! Legends. Highly recommend this property.
