Lovely stay in a great area. Lots of space and great parking. Mould and chips under the couch, we also seemed to get a bit of skin irritation from the soft furniture. Linens were fine. Poor shower pressure but good temp. Heated towel rack was a highlight.

Nice view of the city and mountains from balcony and main room. Bathroom was pretty tight but updated and clean. The rest of the apartment was roomy. Parking was tight our first day, but in fairness they had a marathon going on so lots of traffic.

Perfect place to downtown Queenstown. Walkable about 10 minutes and you can save on parking. Close by to supermarket if you choose to cook. Highly recommended.

An average stay
Even though a budget room. It didn’t appear anything like the photos. The room had an unpleasant smell. Not all light bulbs were working and needs more light in the bathroom as the shower was very dark. The outside light did not work which meant for two female travelers, has safety concerns. Tv in the corner beside the bed. Could only watch properly from the dining table. Oven door did not shut properly, so we had to lean against the oven while food was cooking. We have stayed at plenty of budget motels before. This did not meet the standard.

This is a practical set up in an excellent location. No frills, but everything you need for basic hotel living. Free parking if needed. There is no "front desk", so no immediate assistance available on the premises, but attentive manager available via email/texting. Comfortable beds and space.

We had a great time staying here! The accomodation felt very cosy and comfortable - perfect for our week long stay. We even had a small kitchen which we couldn’t find at any other property for this price! Lyndon was very accomodating and very easy and reliable to communicate with via email and calls. The location was absolutely perfect - about 5-10 min walk to the city centre, 2 min walk to the supermarket, and right next to bus stop! It is also located on a very peaceful and quiet (and flat!) street which we loved. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The property was very well looked after and in a great location. Checking in was a very easy process and although there is no reception it was very easy to get in touch with someone if help was needed. If I am ever in Queenstown again I will definitely be staying there again!
