The rooms are tired, could have been cleaner, and we had noise from the roadway and other guests. The TV didn't work and the jacuzzi did not look inviting. A one night stay is the most I could recommend.

I was quite frankly somewhat disappointed with the property and the service. I found the furniture and bathroom dated and somewhat uncomfortable. The most bizarre thing was that there was absolutely no toilet paper in the bathroom and when I went down to get some there was absolutely no apology for the oversight and was made to feel like I was interrupting them.

We swam at Queensland each morning what a way to start the day! Casie at front desk was sweet and so helpful!!! Tuna Blue for happy hour mussels and also Friday night live music, it was a proper East Coast party!

A charming country inn atmosphere with all the updated travel benefits. Welcoming and accommodating guests needs for a relaxing stay. Breakfast and dinner available upon request. Lovely front garden and deck with tables, chairs and umbrellas overlooking the bay. There’s a short path to the beach directly opposite the hotel. Extremely clean.

This property is directly across the street from the popular Queensland beach. It has lovely views of the water. It's also a 5 minute drive from the village of Hubbards, where the 78 year old Shore Club has it's famous Lobster Suppers and live entertainment on the weekends. Staff was very nice, the room was comfortable and clean, with an air conditioner.

The owners were very nice, they even coked our fish that we caught from a fishing trip! Just across from Queensland Beach. Peaceful, can hear the waves, beautifully quaint, spa/tub is an appreciated feature too…. Thanks!
