This is the only hotel I booked during my 4 day trip to Montreal and Quebec City that asked for a security deposit upon check-in. Also, I was surprised to see the sink is separate from /outside the bathroom. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, clean room. Shower would not change from hot water to cold. Seems to stay on hot. Plumber said you have to wait till the cold water arrives! Not acceptable.

The property is good. Not luxury but clean,safe - spacious room. I felt safe a s single female traveler. No dining options though which was fine for me. Staff was great & the room too. By only thing is I chose this property with Expedia as I thought I was receiving breakfast. No breakfast was included. It was fine with me in the end as I grabbed stuff from outside & vegan and no vegan option in restaurant anyways.
