I didn’t like the first room reservations but the second reservation they assigned me a junior ample room.. Also I don’t like the curtains showers because the water splashes out of the bathtub and the bathroom get so wet because there’s not drainer .

Le lit était vraiment très confortable. J’aime quand il fait bien noir dans la chambre pour dormir et c’était possible avec les rideaux. J’ai été très agréablement surprise par le déjeuner. Beaucoup de choix, du lait de soya disponible et même du pain sans gluten à la demande.

Great stay and wonderful breakfast. The room was spacious, quiet and restful. Closer to Costco and the highway to Saguenay. Quicker check-in and check-out.

We had a king suite. It had 2 rooms and was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had 2 complaints or l would have rated it a 5. First, beware the bathtub. The surface was very slippery and my husband fell in it the first night we were there. We are suspicious that he cracked some ribs. Why didn't they have bathtub mats in all of the rooms? When I requested one, they had them at the front desk! We lost a day of sightseeing because of this. There is also no daily housekeeping service so we were back to Covid days, scrounging for fresh towels every day and removing our own garbage. We were there 3 nights so I don't know how often they change your bed linens. The hotel has been updated and the room was acceptable. A hot breakfast was served with egg patties and sausage patties so you could make an egg McMuffin or a waffle if you desired. Their coffee was good. There was no pool but some laundry facilities. The location required you to have a vehicle but shopping wasn't too far away although and no restaurants within walking distance.

Only 1 chair in yhe room, second person always had to sit on the bed Air co ditionibg and heat was noisy Someone had 2 noisy dogs inthere room. Poor tv channel selection, no pay for movie available Room next to us was noisy, had 7 people staying in it. Overall , not the best hotel stay i have had. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was friendly.

Eventhuogh we booked 3 rooms together; they gave 3 rooms remote from each. They did not provide us any room service at all for 3 days.No cleaning for 3 days! They did not give us receipt for the cost of our 3 day stay..
