This hotel is for families so expect some level of noise from surrounding rooms… sometimes very late with older kids. Pool can get very crowded. But kids LOVE the place. I personally like the fact that some rooms have 3 bed so each of my kids can have their own bed. Very comfortable for 4 people but 6 will feel tight in my opinion.

The property was probably pretty good when new but it looks old and poorly maintained. Also the 5th floor is under construction and drywall and cables as soon as you get out of the elevator. Rooms were dirty, but beds were comfortable. Also rooms were humid and musty. Kids had fun but they dont really know better!

One of the lamp on a bad table, has exploded wires ( no cap or tape on them) They should contact electrical company and check other rooms as well. Just for safety other customers We like the pool and tropical atmosphere)

I selected this hotel for price. It was off season but this would be a great family destination..bounce house, water features and the like. Room was excellent with beautiful bath. The hot tub was excellent. Not much within walking distance but I was here to get aboard a cruise ship at the old section of town.

The hotel itself was fantastic. Received upgrade to have balcony facing pool. My son said it was the best hotel ever. Unfortunately, at no fault of the hotel, there is construction on the street in front of the hotel preventing access to hotel. Need to detour on side streets to reach hotel. Will love to stay here again, with no construction.
