Very close to the airport and a short drive to the port, we had a late flight that was delayed and the night clerk assured me check in would be no problem even though it was after midnight!

De faire réveiller pat une hystérique qui me crie dessus à 12:15 quand c est la 5 ime nuits chez eux pke ça ft 15 min jque le départ était prévue ! J ai demander ajout d une nuit qu’elle ma refusé ! Toujours avec se manque de respect en me criant dessus j ai juste ete dans cette hôtel pour 3000$ en octobre

Je n’ai jamais couché dans une chambre aussi petite comme ça même pas le goût de ce faire un café le bain tellement vieux et la céramique des années 1960.Tres déçu avoir su je n’aurais jamais réservé chez vous.les images ne montrent pas ça.j’aurais été mieux dans mon camion.très déçu vous m’avez donné la pire chambre je crois pas d’air climatisé pas de fenêtre qui ouvre.

This property was so much fun. It’s cozy and nostalgic. We chose a terrace view and were not disappointed. We took our morning coffee on our little terrace facing the pool, koi pond and mini waterfall. A genuinely pleasant way to spend an early quiet morning. Our first night was interrupted with extremely noisy guests, but (I believe it was the owner) Nancy, was INCREDIBLE. Having worked over a decade in hospitality, I was genuinely impressed. Our second night was perfection. Thank you to the staff who was so sweet. Will return!

The inside garden, pool, and hot tub were nice. Hot tub temperature was low. The chairs in our room (not on the inside facing the garden) weren't comfortable. Temperature control kept resetting itself.

I wanted to give five because overall our experience was pretty nice. We enjoyed the hot tub pool the palmes restaurant. The vibe was really great. The room was pretty nice too. The only thing we had the l problem with was the washroom. They really need to be renovated. The sink and the bath tub were clogged really had hard time with that

The journey was fine, however this hotel needs a lot of renovation from external patio doors dirty, ground not sage with broken patio tiles and to finalize the bathrooms the shower tiles ate coming off the wall. Brought the matter to reception and the answer were ok thank you.
