Nice professional reception staff. Location is close drive to shopping. Right next to St. Hubert Chicken; we walked there for supper (delicious)! Beds & linen were very comfortable. No restaurant or breakfast available on site. We had to walk down 2 medium flights of stairs to get to our room.

There was a bit of construction on the main road to get to the hotel, however it was still convenient enough to get to. Loved the staff - super friendly, such a clean hotel. Would highly recommend.

When we flush the toilette all the time there were a big noise from the shower room. One chair bleu was dirty on some places and I showed to the employe and as well as a little piece of the floor which was elevated and dangerous for to get an injury of the foot if walking with no shoes in the room. No restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staffs were very friendly. We stayed for two nights, and considering the price, the hotel was excellent overall. However, we had one issue: the windows couldn’t be opened for fresh air, and the ventilation system wasn’t powerful enough, making the air in the room feel a bit heavy

There is a massive construction project going on for possibly the next 2 years.the hotel restaurant closed probably because of this. Two other hotels had limited access and little or no parking.

Great place to stay! We stayed for two days. Excellent location only 8-10 mins from old Quebec City and very close to main highway. 2 mins from big mall. Property is clean and staff is very professional and polite. This was our 2nd time stay in 12 months and found great place to stay and definitely will come back. Rates are very competitive, should say better than lot of other hotels in the area.

This property did not have a restaurant on site as advertised and there wasn't anything close by. The staff wasn't friendly at all and you had to PAY for coffee in the lobby - how unfriendly.
