I liked the free parking, and also the great staff in dealing with our situation where the hotel had no water for the better part of Saturday the 14th. I did not like that we had to have a Taxi every time we wanted to go into the old town for Christmas festivities, because there was very little parking in town.

Worse room ever
The room was really small The room had water damaged Went we take our shower the water was going through the wall and show up close to the bed ... really bad experience. Also the bathroom was not clean, there were hairs im the bath and the walls. I have vidéo ls and pictures but this app won't let me add it.

I can’t seem to change my other review which scored this location as 3.5/5. I love coming to this hotel, I come here often, and the price quality ratio can’t be beat. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The rooms where not as the pictures, the hotel was not fully cleaned, and the staff were ok. The breakfast was normal continental but the coffee was not good at all.

My boyfriend and I were looking forward to our weekend in Quebec, however the Hotel situation we had made it a little bit more challenging. At our arrival, there was no water or electricity, we couldn’t shower, flush the toilet, or even use the sink (from friday night until the end of day saturdat) we had to find alrernative solutions to manage, what was unfortunate is that we did not get any notice from the hotel staff. Other than that situation it was a good stay.
