We came with our service dog and the staff asked us to stay in a smaller room than the suite we had reserved due to a infamiliarity/discomfort of other guests with a dog in the building and no elevators. We obliged and stayed in a smaller room (105) on the sub-ground floor. Cramped but OK for the price.

This place was much better than I expected. The staff was very friendly. It was an older place, but it was recently renovated and clean. It was nice to be able to see the old city while walking to our destination. It was an old neighborhood, so it was not modernized, but it gave it a charming feel. The parking lot is all on the first floor and there was plenty of space. I liked that I could make my favorite espresso in the coffee machine in the lobby.

The room was clean and quiet (two queen beds) with incredibly comfortable pillows and bedding. The free breakfast offered many good choices and the in-room amenities like shampoos and soaps were nice. The hotel was overall a great value, but the location was not within walking distance to Old Quebec and frankly we couldn't find a restaurant or cafe near the hotel. The staff was very friendly, though. If you have a car or are willing to bike or bus, the location shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Great budget hotel. Clean room, clean bed, decent bathroom and easy parking. The staff was nice and checking in and out was easy. The included breakfast was very disappointing only bread, cereal and hard boiled eggs. The gym was also very underwhelming.

Would have given 5/5 but they put me on the third/top floor after I had just run a marathon. So had to climb the stairs a bunch during my stay, which sucked. Luckily it was just the one night. Would stay again though. Clean. Good value. Short drive to DT. Close to Bus to Airport. Breakfast is meh.

Great stay with some cautions to older travelers. Parking is free, the room economical, however, there is no elevator. If you are stationed on the 3rd floor, you’ll be lugging your bags up flights of stairs. We never moved our car during our stay. We paid taxis to get us into and out of Old Town. Worked out beautifully and I would definitely stay there again

The service was nice and helpful. The breakfast is sober but free, which is really great. The only thing that really anonyme me was an unidentified disagreeable smell in my room (though very clean). I really don't know where it came from and I should have told the staff about it but I had so little time in Quebec that I didn't want to bother.
