We had no housekeeping service on the first morning to bring in fresh towels. The bathroom offered only one towel rod so there was no way to hang a bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth to dry for one person much less two people. It took two requests about 45 minutes apart to be provided clean towels. We were provided enough for two days. The shower is one with a half the length of the shower glass partition. Thus water would go on the floor of the bathroom. There were no hand holds in the shower. The second day housekeeping consisted of only emptying the trash cans. They did not make th bed.

After a 30 minute Uber ride there was no room available for our prepaid reservation. We were comped a room at another property back near the airport. The new property wasn’t as nice or clean as where we had made our reservation.

It's clean and the staff are so helpful. The only issue is that the parking is not free and quite expensive ($32.00 per night excluding tax)compared to the parking space across the road, which was only $18.00 per night.

It is a very nice property. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We came off of the cruise ship early and he stored our bags until check in time. He was very friendly and helped us find things to do until check in time.
